CCGRID 2022 POSTERS

We have the great pleasure to invite you to participate in the POSTER SESSION of the
22nd IEEE/ACM International Symposium on Cluster, Cloud and Internet Computing
May 16-19, 2022, Taormina, Sicily, Italy

The CCGrid 2022 posters present the latest breakthroughs in Cluster, Cloud and Internet computing technologies developed by academic and industry professionals.
The authors submitted the short – 4 pages- research papers, which were taken through a comprehensive peer-review process by an internationally recognized group of experts in the field. Posters were evaluated along with a) Quality of Presentation, b) Scientific Content, and c) Relevance to Conference. The accepted poster papers will be presented at the conference (Poster Session) and printed in the conference proceedings (as short papers).

Best Poster Award

Best Poster Award will be presented to the most accomplished CCGRid2022 poster selected by the Poster IPC members and Chairs. The winners of the best-rated poster will receive the award certificates and the prize money of 200 EUR.

Poster presentation

All accepted CCGRID posters will be presented virtually in CCGRID 2022 Gather Town virtual environment. The poster session is scheduled for Monday, May 16, 2022, at 16:30 CEST. The access is limited just to registered CCGRID 2022 participants. The poster files are also available for download for all web page visitors.

Posters Co-Chairs

Joanna Kołodziej is the Professor of Computer Science in Research and Academic Computer Network (NASK) Institute in Warsaw. She works also in the Department of Computer Sciences at Cracow University of Technology. Prof. Kolodziej serves as the President of the Polish Chapter of IEEE Computational Intelligence Society. She participated in several international and national projects including ECONET, 7FP and PARAPHRASE 7FP Grants. In 2015-2019, she was the Chair of the cHiPSet Cost Action IC1406 (chipset-cost..eu) – the largest ICT cost European project. Currently, she is also the national coordinator of GUARD H2020 project and Advisory Board Member of PANELFIT H2020 project. She is the member of the EU Blockchain Partnership Society. Her research is focused on security aspects and energy awareness in resource management and data scheduling in clouds, cloud and edge computing, cybersecurity aspects in ICT systems and recently – blockchain technologies.

Laurent Lefevre , is a Permanent Researcher in computer science at Inria. He works in the AVALON (Algorithms and Software Architectures for Service-Oriented Platforms) team from Inria and the LIP Laboratory in Ecole Normale Supérieure of Lyon. Since more than a decade, he works on the research topics of energy efficiency and environmental impacts of large scale distributed systems (like HPC, Clouds and high performance networks). His research interests include Distributed computing and networking in Clouds, Green and Energy-Efficient Computing and Networking, Green IT, Sustainability in IT, High-Performance Networks protocols and services. Laurent participated as workshop organizer in the first CCGrid conference event in 2001 in Brisbane (Australia). Since then, he is strongly involved in the CCGrid conferences series.
