Maria Teresa Reggio is a contract lecturer at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Messina, where she teaches courses in System Administration Laboratory and Project Management. She serves as the department’s IT coordinator and the university’s IT technician, with extensive experience in managing computer labs and supporting academic activities.

An expert in certified IT training, she has managed accredited AICA and EIPASS Test Centers and is the author of publications on augmented and mixed reality applied to education. Graduated with honors in Computer Science, she combines technical, teaching, and project management skills in the development and dissemination of digital technologies. She is currently specializing in XR studies, the research area of her upcoming PhD in Mathematics and Computational Sciences, which will begin in November in Messina.
